More than 50 permanently-employed staff
The PACTS fermentation and drying centres employ more than 50 permanently-employed staff.
Each centre is comprised of:
– 1 centre manager – 1 agronomy manager
– 1 receiver – 2 to 12 weighers, depending on the season
The programme also includes 3 area supervisors who are responsible for specifically designated areas.
